O presidente do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE<\/strong>) e ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF<\/strong>), Lu\u00eds Roberto Barroso, afirmou, neste domingo (16), que o Poder Judici\u00e1rio n\u00e3o tem instrumentos para barras as fake news.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em entrevista ao programa \u201cCanal Livre\u201d, da Band TV<\/strong><\/a>, Barroso declarou:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cN\u00e3o se deve cultivar a ilus\u00e3o de que pela via do Judici\u00e1rio voc\u00ea consiga paralisar fake news.\u201d<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Barroso disse ainda que \u201ca quest\u00e3o das not\u00edcias fraudulentas, das campanhas de desinforma\u00e7\u00e3o, das campanhas de \u00f3dio s\u00e3o o novo perigo da democracia\u201d, e \u00e9 preciso enfrent\u00e1-la \u201csem que isso importe em censura pr\u00e9via\u201d:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
