A Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Municipal de Ipatinga informa que foi notificada, na noite deste domingo, 5, pela Ger\u00eancia Regional de Sa\u00fade (GRS), da confirma\u00e7\u00e3o do segundo caso de contamina\u00e7\u00e3o pela COVID-19 (Coronavirus) no munic\u00edpio. Trata-se de um homem de 42 anos, residente no bairro Cidade Nobre, que afirma n\u00e3o ter viajado ao exterior e nem tido contato com algu\u00e9m que tenha retornado de viagem a outros pa\u00edses recentemente. Ele sentiu os primeiros sintomas no dia 22 de mar\u00e7o e procurou atendimento m\u00e9dico dia 24, tendo sido orientado a ficar de quarentena desde esta data. No dia 2 de abril sentiu uma piora no quadro e novamente procurou o Hospital da Unimed, em Coronel Fabriciano, onde foi testado. Na noite deste domingo (5) a Secretaria Municipal de Ipatinga recebeu o resultado constando positivo para a contamina\u00e7\u00e3o pela COVID-19. A Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Municipal reitera \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o o apelo para que siga cumprindo as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es das autoridades epidemiol\u00f3gicas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos cuidados preventivos \u00e0 contamina\u00e7\u00e3o pelo Coronavirus, como evitar locais com aglomera\u00e7\u00f5es de pessoas, fazer a desinfec\u00e7\u00e3o das m\u00e3os regularmente com \u00e1gua e sab\u00e3o ou \u00e1lcool gel e manter o necess\u00e1rio isolamento social.
