O presidente do Senado, Rodrigo Pacheco<\/a> (PSD-MG), confirmou, nesta quinta-feira (1\u00b0), que o presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva (PT) enviar\u00e1 a indica\u00e7\u00e3o do advogado Cristiano Zanin<\/a> para ocupar a vaga que foi deixada pelo ex-ministro Ricardo Lewandowski no Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Avalio positivamente. \u00c9 algu\u00e9m que re\u00fane condi\u00e7\u00f5es para ser ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal \u2013 declarou o parlamentar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ao confirmar a indica\u00e7\u00e3o, Pacheco disse ter se encontrado com Zanin na noite de quarta (31). O jantar tamb\u00e9m reuniu os ministros Alexandre de Moraes e Gilmar Mendes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal, e o presidente da Comiss\u00e3o de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e Justi\u00e7a (CCJ) do Senado, Davi Alcolumbre (Uni\u00e3o Brasil-AP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ap\u00f3s a indica\u00e7\u00e3o ser confirmada oficialmente, o nome de Cristiano Zanin ser\u00e1 enviado ao Senado. O nome do advogado precisar\u00e1 passar primeiro por uma sabatina na CCJ e, posteriormente, ser votado no Plen\u00e1rio do Senado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
