O ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), determinou nesta quarta-feira (18) o arquivamento de um inqu\u00e9rito aberto para investigar a ex-deputada federal Carla Zambelli (PL-SP) pelos crimes de coa\u00e7\u00e3o no curso do processo e obstru\u00e7\u00e3o de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o foi aberta em junho do ano passado ap\u00f3s Zambelli afirmar durante uma entrevista que, ap\u00f3s ter fugido do Brasil, pretendia permanecer nos Estados Unidos e pedir asilo pol\u00edtico ao governo do presidente Donald Trump.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ela tamb\u00e9m declarou que pretendia adotar o \u201cmesmo modus operandi\u201d utilizado pelo ex-deputado federal Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP). A apura\u00e7\u00e3o foi aberta antes de Zambelli ser presa na It\u00e1lia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na decis\u00e3o, o ministro acolheu pedido de arquivamento feito pela Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR). A PGR entendeu que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 provas suficientes para embasar uma den\u00fancia contra a ex-deputada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Diante do exposto, acolho a manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o da Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica e defiro o arquivamento desta investiga\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 decidiu o ministro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
