Ministro aposentado n\u00e3o quis assinar manifesto com outros ex-magistrados da Corte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (8), o ministro aposentado do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Marco Aur\u00e9lio Mello, disse ser urgente que a Corte avalie a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de magistrados. No entanto, ele n\u00e3o especificou de qual decis\u00e3o quis dizer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No Supremo, h\u00e1 dois casos de poss\u00edvel apura\u00e7\u00e3o. Um deles \u00e9 sobre o ministro Alexandre de Moraes e o outro sobre o tamb\u00e9m ministro, Andr\u00e9 Mendon\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marco Aur\u00e9lio Mello foi procurado por outro ministro aposentado do STF, Carlos Velloso, para assinar uma carta em que 13 ex-integrantes da Corte pedem \u201crigorosa apura\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d dos casos sem citar nomes. Ele, no entanto, disse entender como desnecess\u00e1rio assinar o texto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
