O Instituto Evandro Chagas (IEC), \u00f3rg\u00e3o vinculado ao Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade, identificou a presen\u00e7a da variante indiana do coronav\u00edrus em tripulantes do navio MV Shandong Da Zhi. A embarca\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 ancorada na costa da cidade de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, capital do Maranh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O navio foi proibido de atracar na \u00e1rea portu\u00e1ria da cidade. Uma equipe da Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria (Anvisa) est\u00e1 se deslocando para o local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Secretaria de Sa\u00fade do Maranh\u00e3o realizou testes com a tripula\u00e7\u00e3o da embarca\u00e7\u00e3o e enviou para o instituto. Das pessoas a bordo, 15 tiveram diagn\u00f3stico positivo para a covid-19, sendo que seis apresentaram a ocorr\u00eancia da variante indiana. Outros nove tripulantes tiveram o resultado negativo para a covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acordo com a Secretaria de Sa\u00fade, 23 tripulantes est\u00e3o em quarentena em cabines individuais e um foi levado para ser internado em uma Unidade de Terapia Intensiva (UTI) em S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A secretaria tamb\u00e9m iniciou a testagem de todas as pessoas do hospital que tiveram contato com o paciente internado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
