 A Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR) defendeu o arquivamento do pedido de not\u00edcia-crime apresentada ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) pelo PDT contra o ministro do Meio Ambiente Ricardo Salles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o, que tamb\u00e9m acusava Salles de empregar esfor\u00e7os para atrapalhar medidas de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, pedia que ele fosse responsabilizado pelo crime de advocacia administrativa -quando h\u00e1 patroc\u00ednio, direto ou indireto, de interesse privado por parte de um funcion\u00e1rio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDada a aus\u00eancia, na representa\u00e7\u00e3o ora apreciada, de elementos adicionais que possam contribuir com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, uma vez que instru\u00edda apenas com reportagens jornal\u00edsticas, acess\u00edveis a qualquer cidad\u00e3o, tem-se o esgotamento do objeto dos autos\u201d, defende a PGR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
