Nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (21) o plen\u00e1rio da Assembleia Legislativa de Minas Gerais recebeu o veto do governador Zema ao projeto que multar\u00e1 empresas e estabelecimentos cujos gerentes ou dirigentes tentem impedir que um homem use o banheiro feminino. Na mensagem, o governador alega que a \u201cabertura sem\u00e2ntica\u201d n\u00e3o permitiria a real aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da lei e que o texto n\u00e3o fixa \u201cpar\u00e2metros seguros\u201d para a imposi\u00e7\u00e3o de multas, ensejando inseguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica na imputa\u00e7\u00e3o.
Como o projeto afeta diretamente a privacidade e intimidade das mulheres nos banheiros de igrejas e espa\u00e7os religiosos, centenas de lideran\u00e7as do Vale do A\u00e7o est\u00e3o mobilizadas para que os deputados mantenham o veto do governador. \u201cMobilizamos pelo veto e estamos mobilizados pela sua manuten\u00e7\u00e3o em plen\u00e1rio\u201d, assegurou o pastor Geraldo Frederico, presidente do Conselho de Ministros Evang\u00e9licos de Tim\u00f3teo e Outros (Comento).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
